Overview

The Wholesale Underwriting Manager is responsible for managing, training, and developing underwriters while ensuring compliance with regulations and improving the underwriting process.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of mortgage underwriting experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA/DE regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills.
• Experience with Encompass and Desktop Underwriter preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
