Strategic Finance Analyst, Field - Remote

Benchling’s mission is to unlock the power of biotechnology. We are looking for an experienced Strategic Financial Analyst, Field to join our Strategic Finance team, supporting the Sales organization and helping to drive the company’s long-term growth and strategic vision.

In Short

• Build and maintain budgets and forecasts for various Field Organizations.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly analyses of financial results.
• Support commissions calculations and reporting.
• Partner with Accounting on monthly close activities.
• Develop and improve sales and customer metrics.
• Drive strategic initiatives influencing business decisions.
• Conduct ad-hoc projects and analysis to support growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• 2-5+ years experience in FP&A/Strategic Finance.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and GAAP accounting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, and Adaptive is a plus.
