• Join the Product Design team at Benchling to create user experiences for scientists.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing software products, ideally SaaS.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful product designs.
• Experience with complex product architectures or workflows.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex decisions.
• Experience contributing to a design system for software products.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Background in lab work or healthcare is a plus.
