In Short

  • Effectively partner with account executives, SSC peers, and leadership to create account and deal strategies.
  • Manage organized discoveries to uncover customer needs and requirements.
  • Craft solutions based on Benchling capabilities and industry best practices.
  • Present and demonstrate the solution persuasively.
  • Engage with product management to provide insight into prospect and customer needs.
  • Provide leadership by creating reusable solutions and trainings.

Requirements

  • PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or similar field.
  • Experience with scientific/informatics software such as LIMS, ELN.
  • Demonstrated capacity to model scientific data and craft solutions.
  • Understand research technology adopted by biopharma companies.
  • Agile and adaptable mentality.
  • Ability to establish as a trusted advisor for scientists.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites 25-30%.
