  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and targets.
  • Clear and natural communication skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones.
  • Problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally.
