The Director, Global Medical Information - Hematology Clinical Lead will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical information in support of BeOne's hematology products, collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure optimal utility of medical assets.

In Short

  • Deliver high-quality global medical information for hematology products.
  • Monitor medical literature and manage medical information assets.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders for maximal utility of assets.
  • Provide product and clinical training to contact center staff.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of medical information responses.
  • Assist in cross-functional product review committees.
  • Coordinate local medical information services and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in departmental initiatives and training plans.
  • Support local territory teams with medical inquiries.

Requirements

  • Advanced pharmacy degree (PharmD) required.
  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent analytical and medical writing skills.
  • Clinical pharmacy experience in oncology/hematology.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Expertise in secondary literature databases and software.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with training and development of staff.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
