Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining BD Life science equipment at customer sites, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Field-based customer-facing role.
• Install, service, and maintain medical equipment.
• Provide preventive maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• 4 years of relevant Field Service experience.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driving license with a good record.
• Preferred associate degree in engineering or similar.
• Physical ability to lift and carry equipment.
• Must pass fit test for respirators.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
