Overview

The Senior Manager, HRBP Organizational Effectiveness will drive people and business growth strategies for the Enabling functions across Beckman Coulter's sites, combining strategic HR Business Partnering with Project and Portfolio Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience or higher degree with relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in leading organizational design projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and practices.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with senior leaders and navigating change.
  • Prior experience with HR model transformation is a plus.
  • Experience in high-tech or FDA regulated industries is a plus.
  • Utilizing HR technology and data analytics tools is a plus.
