Overview

Beat Group Srl, through its brand OmegaX Solutions, helps companies grow internationally through B2B outreach and lead generation - especially in the export and distribution space. We're expanding our sales team with a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will generate new leads and also have the opportunity to sell on behalf of our clients, unlocking performance-based commissions.

In Short

  • Part of a results-driven sales team focused on bringing in new clients and selling on behalf of clients.
  • Sourcing and qualifying leads for internal and client-facing campaigns.
  • Reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and CRM-driven workflows.
  • Booking discovery meetings and managing client sales calls.
  • Managing pipeline in Hubspot CRM.
  • Suggesting improvements to messaging and outreach strategy.
  • Reporting results and maintaining communication with the team.

Requirements

  • Proven ability in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (C1+) — German is a strong plus.
  • Clear communication, persistence, and commercial intuition.
  • Organized and accountable in managing multiple pipelines.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bonus: experience selling to importers, distributors, or other B2B buyers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Apollo.
  • Experience with cold outreach tools and sales cadences.
  • Understanding of international B2B sales cycles and decision-makers.
  • Background in export, distribution, or agency sales.
