Strong expertise in full-stack or backend development.
Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
Background in financial systems is a plus.
Proficiency in designing scalable software architectures.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills for technical discussions.
Experience mentoring engineers.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD.
Experience with cloud infrastructure.
