Remote Account Representative

Overview

The Remote Account Representative will work with clients’ customers to address inquiries and concerns related to their accounts, improve collections, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a call center environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Proven negotiation and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must live in specific states: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX, or VA
• High-speed internet connection required
