Remote Training Instructor

Overview

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is looking for a full-time Training Instructor to join our amazing Learning & Talent Development team. This role plays a critical part in helping employees cultivate their talents for exceptional workforce preparation.

In Short

• Full-time remote position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).
• Facilitates learning opportunities for new and existing employees.
• Utilizes various instructional techniques such as lectures and simulations.
• Delivers training in technical skills, soft skills, compliance, and customer service.
• Assesses development opportunities through observation and feedback.
• Documents training activities in the Learning Management System.
• Requires a quiet and private workspace for remote work.
• Must meet technical requirements for remote training.
• Must reside in eligible states: FL, GA, MO, NC, NE, SC, TN, TX, or VA.

Requirements

• High school diploma; some college coursework preferred.
• Two years of experience in developing adult learners.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting demands.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with Adult Learning Principles.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technology issues.
• Must have high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
• Must meet all technical requirements prior to the start of training.
