Overview

The Remote Insurance Collector will work with insurance companies to resolve claims denials and ensure payments are processed in accordance with company policies.

• Meet established productivity and performance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare revenue cycle with focus on insurance.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance and reimbursement methodologies.
• Understanding of medical terminology and basic anatomy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
