Overview

The Training Instructor at AdaptHealth is responsible for facilitating training for new hires and enhancing the skills of the Customer Service teams to improve patient care.

• Facilitate training for new hires and existing employees.
• Maintain and update training curriculum and materials.
• Partner with leadership and HR for training documentation.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in training or customer service required.
• Expert user of learning and meeting technologies preferred.
