Overview

The Membership Committee Member conducts interviews with prospective members to ensure alignment with Base’s mission and community standards.

In Short

• Conduct phone interviews with candidates.
• Build rapport through authentic conversation.
• Evaluate candidate fit based on personality and values.
• Document detailed notes from interviews.
• Provide recommendations for acceptance.
• Collaborate with the membership team for onboarding.
• Represent Base positively in all interactions.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
