• Conduct thoughtful interviews with prospective members.
• Monitor patterns across interviews and share feedback to improve the member experience.
• Collaborate with other Interviewers and departments to maintain a high-quality, diverse community.

• Build relationships with potential members and represent Base’s values.
• Part-time role with flexible scheduling (~20 hours/week).
• Work remotely and manage your time effectively.
• Be a first point of contact for potential new members.
