Overview

Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you want to work flexibly from Monday to Sunday, with a minimum workload of 60% and at least three evening shifts per week from 17:30 to 21:00? Do you have experience in telephone customer communication, such as from roles as a call center agent, customer service representative, or receptionist? In Short

• Conduct social science interviews by phone – from home or in the telephone lab in Lucerne (NO SALES!)
• Accurate recording and input of responses into our system
• Handling hotline calls and professionally addressing inquiries
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of collected data
• Friendly and professional communication with the Swiss population

Requirements

• Accent-free Swiss German
• Proven experience in telephone customer contact
• Confident and self-assured phone presence - you know how to conduct conversations professionally and kindly over the phone
• Quick to grasp connections, learn rapidly, and reliably implement tasks
• Engaged and precise in work methods
• Independent and self-sufficient in task management
• Good computer skills
• Resilient, flexible, and a team player
• Enjoyment in communication over the phone
