If suitable, after a successful probation period at the telephone lab in Lucerne, you have the opportunity to continue your work as an interviewer from home. Sounds exciting to you? In Short

• Conduct social science interviews in the telephone lab in Lucerne (NO SALES!)
• Accurate recording and input of responses into our system
• Receiving hotline calls and professionally handling inquiries
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of the collected data
• Friendly and professional communication with the Swiss population

Requirements

• Accent-free Swiss German
• Minimum availability of two evenings per week (5:30 PM–9:00 PM), as well as one Friday evening and one Saturday morning or afternoon per month
• Confident and self-assured phone presence
• Quick understanding of contexts, learning quickly, and reliably implementing tasks
• Engaged and precise in work methods
• Independent and self-reliant in task management
• Good computer skills
• Resilient, flexible, and team-oriented
• Enjoyment of communication over the phone
• Experience in telephone customer contact is an advantage
