Survey Interviewer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for bilingual French-Italian individuals for a flexible part-time job that allows you to work from Monday to Saturday, with at least two evening shifts per week.

In Short

• Conduct sociological interviews in a telephone lab in Lausanne.
• Accurate data entry and response recording.
• Handle hotline calls professionally.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Friendly communication with the Swiss population.
• Minimum availability of two evenings per week.
• Confidence in self-presentation.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience in customer contact is a plus.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and Italian, both spoken and written.
• Availability for evening shifts and occasional weekend work.

• Interest in telephone communication.
• Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage.
