Finance Manager - DACH - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting and entrepreneurial opportunity to join a fast-paced software consolidator with a very significant growth trajectory. This role will report to Banyan’s VP Finance based in London. The position is ideal for an individual seeking a leadership role that combines their technical finance and accounting acumen with business operations.

In Short

• Lead the Finance function for a portfolio of companies.
• Contribute to day-to-day accounting work.
• Assist in preparation of GAAP financial statements.
• Perform quality assurance on finance and accounting work product.
• Contribute to performance analysis of operating companies.
• Lead operational/financial integration of acquisitions.
• Drive finance process improvement projects.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a finance/accounting role.
• Recognized professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, FCA, FCCA).
• Fluency in German and English.
• Self-starter in a hybrid environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and implement change.
• Ability to delegate and coordinate tasks.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Experience with acquisitions and financial processes.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
