Overview

The Consumer & Small Business Loan Processor II is responsible for performing intermediate-level loan processing functions for Consumer and Small Business loans, ensuring compliance and timely documentation.

• Manage assigned loan files from approval through closing.
• Prepare and review loan documents for Consumer and Small Business loans.
• Communicate with lenders, underwriters, and customers.
• Analyze and approve property insurance and title policy.
• Coordinate with title companies and insurance agents.
• Work closely with Lending Officers and Underwriters.
• Maintain accurate system records and track file progress.
• Identify potential issues and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma required.
• 4 or more years of experience in consumer or real estate lending.
• Working knowledge of lending products.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in lending systems.
• Solid communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Understanding of compliance requirements.
