In Short

• Supervise a team of data engineers and analysts.
• Partner with executive leadership to understand data needs.
• Identify strategic initiatives where data can supplement business goals.
• Act as the primary administrator of data infrastructure.
• Create and maintain stakeholder-facing reports.
• Develop data models for financial reporting and product utilization.
• Set and enforce data governance policies.
• Partner with Compliance for data and retention policies.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a hands-on data role.
• 5+ years SQL & Python experience.
• 3+ years developing ETLs and managing data systems.
• Based within 2 hours of Eastern time zone.
• Expert understanding of data warehousing technologies.
• Experience building reporting in Looker.
• Ability to coach junior analysts & data engineers.
