Backblaze is seeking a Portfolio Coordinator to join our PMO team, focusing on driving cross-functional planning and operating model practices.

In Short

• Coordinate delivery portfolio planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment on program goals and outcomes.
• Facilitate quarterly planning meetings with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Program, Portfolio, and Process Management experience.
• Strong technical background and leadership qualities.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Atlassian & Google product suites is a plus.
