As a Payroll and People Operations Specialist, you will manage payroll and automate HR functions for Back Market, a global marketplace for refurbished devices.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, payroll, Accounting, or Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in Spanish payroll.
• Knowledge of Workday, ADP Decidium, or Papaya Global is advantageous.
• Experience in automation of administrative tasks is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Fluent in English.
