Overview

Work with the largest brands in Europe! Develop our partner relationships and serve as the direct contact for our key clients.

  • Manage existing customer accounts and establish new contacts with merchants and affiliate networks.
  • Structure incoming communication from the network environment and maintain these contacts through regular communication.
  • Document important information in our CRM and develop creative, AI-driven automation solutions.
  • Negotiate effectively the CPO rates and budget allocations.
  • Help our customers get the best out of our product through initiative.
  • Network new customer relationships at partner events and trade shows.
  • Analyze partner performance data and report regularly to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement new initiatives and think forward.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Client Success, Key Account Management, or Partnership Management.
  • Experience in E-Commerce, PPC advertising, and/or Affiliate Marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills in campaign or data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1).
  • Degree in Communication, Management, or Marketing.
