Overview

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO to manage a combination of administrative, financial, and operational responsibilities in a full-time remote role.

In Short

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and meeting scheduling.
  • Handle client invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Maintain internal dashboards and reports on budgets and expenses.
  • Assist in financial planning and internal reporting.
  • Organize international travel logistics.
  • Manage document filing and digital record-keeping.
  • Liaise with clients and internal departments.
  • Coordinate operational support across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an administrative/financial support role.
  • Fluency in English; French is a strong advantage.
  • Prior experience in a remote or international organization.
