• Lead the design of systems for real-time collaborative operations.

• Mentor designers and promote design culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Experience with user research and understanding customer needs.
• Proven track record of designing complex products.
• Portfolio showcasing design and research work.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in critical systems or public safety is a plus.
