In Short

  • Work with Axon’s largest US-based customers to build long-term partnerships.
  • Understand customer workflows and organizational structures.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Drive customer outcomes and create advocates for Axon's products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmaps.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and ensure customers utilize the full platform.
  • Manage escalations and ensure alignment across internal teams.
  • Conduct regular training webinars and calls with customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Axon’s product line.
  • Drive product adoption and increase customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • 5+ years with Enterprise-level customers.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Track record of leading process improvements.
  • Experience with data-analysis tools.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to excel in high-stress situations.
