Overview

As a highly personable, technically curious and enthusiastic Axon Sales Engineer, you will strive to be the trusted customer advisor for the value and technical aspects of Axon’s globally leading solutions, supporting Public Safety Agencies across the UK.

In Short

  • Support the technical and value aspects of the sales effort.
  • Facilitate and influence product enhancements and deployment.
  • Conduct impactful technical presentations and workshops.
  • Develop in-depth technical knowledge of Axon products.
  • Document customer feature requests and provide feedback.
  • Execute customer site assessments.
  • Proactively plan to prevent pre- and post-sales issues.
  • Support product Test and Evaluations / Proof-of-Concepts.
  • Present Axon’s value propositions at industry events.
  • Research and ideate for future solution opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CCTV systems and network technologies.
  • Experience with SaaS and on-premise software.
  • Knowledge of digital video and mobile communications.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel significantly (50%).
  • Experience in data integration and analysis.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure platforms.
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive customer outcomes.
