Overview

As a Professional Services Manager (PSM) for Axon Air, you will facilitate the successful deployment of Axon and drone technology for law enforcement agencies, with a focus on surpassing customer expectations and ensuring long-term product adoption.

In Short

• Engage with technology decision-makers during pre- and post-sale phases.
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts by responding to proposals and demonstrating solutions.
• Develop and deliver drone-related training programs for customers.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for hardware delivery and training.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Axon Air products.
• Stay current with UAS technologies and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills required.
• Customer-first approach with collaborative success.
• Expertise in drone equipment and operations needed.
• Willingness to travel weekly across North America.

Requirements

• Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.
• Demonstrated success in customer collaboration.
• FAA certifications or willingness to obtain Part 107.
• Strong organizational and consultative skills.
• Experience in providing technical instruction.
• Familiarity with law enforcement/military sales is a plus.
