Overview

As a Principal AI Designer, you will lead the charge in designing Axon’s cutting-edge AI-driven solutions, shaping how public safety professionals interact with generative AI and setting the vision for Axon’s products for years to come.

• Define and execute a 3-5 year UX vision for AI-driven solutions.
• Lead the entire design process for complex, AI-enhanced workflows.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product design experience, especially in AI/ML systems.
• Demonstrated ability to set and execute a UX vision.
• Experience working directly with customers for feedback.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI and front-end technologies.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Expert knowledge of UX standards and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills.
• Proven success in mentoring designers.
