In Short

• Lead a team focused on infrastructure delivery pipeline.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Drive technical direction and architectural discussions.
• Manage planning, prioritization, and team meetings.
• Oversee large scale projects impacting multiple teams.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers.
• Assist in recruiting top engineering talent.
• Conduct 1:1s and performance reviews for team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience, with 3+ years in management.
• Proven track record of managing overlapping projects.
• Experience with security, availability, and scalability.
• Strong skills in Terraform, Terragrunt, and CI/CD.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with Crossplane or Pulumi is a plus.
• Proficient in managed languages such as Go or Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes platforms.
• Empathetic leadership style to support engineers.
