Director, Business Systems Analysis (D365 FO) - Remote

Overview

Axon Enterprise is seeking a seasoned leader to guide our D365 Functional Business Analysis Team, focusing on driving business value through the effective use of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) in key areas such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Accounting.

• Lead a high-performing team of functional business analysts.

• Oversee the configuration and deployment of D365 FO.
• Manage the full lifecycle of D365 FO projects.

• Analyze and optimize business processes using D365 FO.
• Act as the primary point of contact for D365 FO functional matters.
• Stay updated with the latest D365 FO features.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the functional analysis team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in business systems management, with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Proven track record of leading successful D365 FO implementations.
• Deep understanding of business processes in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Accounting.
• Proficiency in project management and Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are a plus.
