Overview

The Microsurgical Instructor is the internal expert with regards to microsurgical training and education, responsible for developing partnerships in medical and clinical activities that support Axogen's strategic direction. This role collaborates and serves as an expert clinical instructor for educational and training activities, providing technical and scientific expertise to thought leaders and clinicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or professional degree (RN, PA, MD).
• 5 years of microsurgical clinical education experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Ability to coach and transfer technical skills.
