Tissue Services Trainer - Remote

Overview

The Tissue Services Trainer will develop and execute tissue/nerve recovery training to recovery agency partners and employees, maintaining relationships with partners and participating in projects to promote company growth.

• Develop and execute training programs for tissue recovery.

• Assist in identifying and developing relationships with tissue recovery partners.
• Comply with state/federal regulations.
• Facilitate recovery training programs and SOPs.
• Coordinate supplies for recovery partners.
• On-call case screening for acceptance.
• Actively participate in project teams to improve products.
• Develop and administer performance schedules.

Requirements

• Associates degree plus a minimum of 3 years of tissue recovery experience.
• Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) required.
• Experience training tissue recovery technicians.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and proficient computer skills.
