RFP Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RFP Manager to join our Retention & Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

In Short

• Manage and coordinate RFPs for existing clients.
• Develop winning strategies for RFPs, including pricing and value propositions.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with RFPs.
• Create tailored commercial proposals.
• Design visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
• Assist the Head of Retention & Growth with operational tasks.
• Lead small department projects and develop processes.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret data.
• Project management or bid management qualification or experience.
