Overview

As a Senior Tracking Specialist in the Data Division, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and comprehensive tracking of business-critical events across various digital platforms.

In Short

• Own the implementation and maintenance of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable tracking specifications.
• Collaborate with developers for correct Data Layer implementation.
• Create and manage complex tags and triggers in GTM.
• Establish and automate QA processes for data quality.
• Develop a strategy for server-side and first-party data setup.
• Validate data flows using GTM Preview and GA4 DebugView.
• Ensure integrity of the tracking plan through version control.
• Implement best practices across all tracking setups.
• Serve as the main contact for all tracking-related questions.

Requirements

• Proven experience with client- and server-side tracking.
• Expert in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
• Strong understanding of web/app architecture and Data Layer concepts.
• Proficient in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• In-depth knowledge of privacy regulations.
• A mindset for data quality and governance.
