• Responsible for preparing payroll-related data.
• Maintain employee data in HR systems like Workday.
• Collaborate with payroll service providers for accurate payroll processing.
• Handle HR administration tasks such as creating certificates and correspondence.
• Create reports for HR and Finance teams.
• Support payroll month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Act as a first-level support for employees regarding payroll inquiries.
• Contribute to HR projects and process optimizations.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in payroll preparation.
• Good knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security law.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with HR systems is a plus.
• Careful, structured, and reliable work style.
• Service-oriented and enjoys teamwork.
• Very good German and English language skills.
