Overview

The Payroll Expert will be responsible for delivering payroll services in Deel’s Global Payroll and Employer of Record businesses, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting clients with local expertise.

• Manage local payroll and HR processes.
• Schedule and reconcile payroll expenses collections.

• Answer payroll and HR related questions.
• Participate in process improvements.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Act as a customer service specialist for payroll routines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of payroll and HR experience.
• Knowledge of local regulations related to payroll and HR.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll software solutions.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience managing technology and external payroll providers.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience in multiple country jurisdictions preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English.
