QHSE Associate - Remote

Overview

The Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) Associate is responsible for reviewing and verifying the Safety and Health Programs, Procedures, and Training Pre-qualification requirements on behalf of AVETTA Clients and Supplier Members.

In Short

• Entry level/early career position.
• Requires Cert IV or diploma in WHS.
• 1-2 years of safety auditing experience preferred.
• Conduct Manual Audits and client specific audits.
• Assist suppliers with addressing gaps from audits.
• Respond promptly to supplier inquiries.
• Record details of inquiries and complaints.
• Available to travel for WHS site audits.
• Hybrid schedule offered for local candidates.
• Full working rights in Australia required.

Requirements

• Current Cert IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent.
• Knowledge of APAC WHS Standards and Legislation.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Safety and Health Program development experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of high-risk industries is an advantage.
• Lead Auditor Qualification in ISO certifications is a plus.
• Working knowledge of relevant country Health & Safety legislation.
