Overview

The Sales Executive – Walgreens Team, will be primarily responsible for penetrating CPG Shopper teams and driving a budget shift towards the deployment of Vestcom Media Solutions (VMS) products and services.

In Short

  • Lead the formulation and execution of sales strategies & plans across assigned CPGs sales team.
  • Develop high level customer relationships with senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Walgreens Advertising Group to implement VMS across Walgreens stores.
  • Call on local CPG Shopper Teams to secure media spend.
  • Deliver the Vestcom shelf edge value proposition to influence clients.
  • Manage Sales pipeline and deliver consistent close rates.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity.
  • Represent VMS at tradeshows and events.
  • Work cross functionally to support the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required.
  • At least 6+ years sales experience with Retail/CPG focus.
  • Experience in consultative data driven selling.
  • Exceptional skills in negotiation, account management, and strategic selling.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage up and down.
  • Superior analytical and communication skills.
  • Must have a record for achieving revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of Brand and Retail Marketing landscape.
  • Experience in developing and deploying sales strategies.
  • Ability to embody and reflect Vestcom’s core values.
