Overview

The IT Project Analyst III will maintain standard workflow processes, identify and document improvements, and train stakeholders using Workfront for project management.

• Manage workflows and project administration using Workfront.
• Oversee project onboarding and closure processes.
• Handle sprint project management for client portfolios.
• Create and monitor Workfront reports for performance and billing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong teamwork skills with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
