Overview

In Short

• Provide technical and accounting guidance to the business.
• Accountable for timely and accurate monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Oversee lease accounting activities.
• Support compliance initiatives and policies.
• Lead Sarbanes-Oxley activities for the NASSO team.
• Manage the North America Balance Sheet review process.
• Drive process improvements and standardization.
• Partner with business process outsource providers.
• Recruit and develop talented employees.
• Establish performance objectives for team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting and/or financial experience.
• Public accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley is required.
• Experience managing and developing talent.
• Familiarity with GAAP reporting.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate across divisions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
