Accounting Manager - Remote

In Short

• Oversee and manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards for accurate financial records.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting operations.
• Lead implementation of new accounting systems to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to align financial reporting with strategic goals.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in preparing audit reports for executive management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CA, CPA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI and SQL is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience in a complex organization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
