Overview

As a Channel Solution Engineer at AvePoint, you will leverage your technical expertise and customer-facing skills to excel in a pre-sales role, working with cutting-edge software solutions and collaborating with partner account managers.

In Short

  • Present and demonstrate AvePoint’s product offerings to partners and customers.
  • Facilitate Solution Discovery and Technical Deep Dive sessions.
  • Communicate with partners/customers during their evaluation and selection process.
  • Build tailored environments as Proof of Concept for sales.
  • Participate in writing proposals for RFIs/RFPs.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities and technical demonstrations.
  • Support sales and technical teams with product and market information.
  • Establish relationships with key customer and partner advocates.
  • Support AvePoint Partner and Marketing teams during events.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Computer, Technology, or Engineering or 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Confident presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated learner.
  • Advanced communication skills to align technical value to business needs.
  • Strategic thinking to help close deals.
  • Understanding of the Channel Business with ISVs and partners.
  • Ability to maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills.
