Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the pharma/healthcare advertising industry.
  • Experience in digital marketing and brand planning.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and teams.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior management.
  • 12+ years of Brand AOR account experience.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
  • Experience in developing multi-channel marketing plans.
  • Excellent presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel based on client needs.
  • BA/BS degree required.
