Website Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The AutoVitals suite of SaaS products and websites are designed to solve many of the current hurdles faced by auto repair shops. Our mission is to help auto repair shops drive profitable growth by attracting new customers, providing superior communication and customer service, increased shop efficiency, higher average repair orders, and more. The Website Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the successful onboarding and build of AutoVitals client websites.

In Short

• Initiate and manage customer relationships through website onboarding from start to finish.
• Work on multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Schedule consultations and meetings with clients to gather requirements and ensure website implementation stays on track.
• Coordinate with AutoVitals Trainers for clear communication.
• Use AutoVitals’ website builder tool to set up website design including images and content.
• Provide consultative suggestions using data and analytics.
• Consistently QA work done by yourself and by others.
• Transition client relationship to the ongoing account management team after launch.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and project management.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
