• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with machine learning infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor engineers with empathy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Preferred experience in systems handling billions of transactions.
