Corporate Global Mobility Operational Specialist - Remote

Overview

Autodesk is seeking an experienced and dynamic person to fill the role as Global Mobility Operational Specialist for a 6-month contract. This role has a dual focus on international transfers and finance related matters, coordinating backend processes for internal employees and facilitating all global mobility finance related matters.

In Short

• Support the Global Mobility team with international transfers & assignment processes.
• Facilitate the transfer and hire process for internal employees between international locations.
• Partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders for timely transfer processes.
• Utilize applicant tracking system and shared tools for documentation.
• Review international and assignment reports regarding relocation and tax expenses.
• Prepare cost estimates for employee-driven transfers.
• Manage Pcard expense reports and code expenses to appropriate cost centers.
• Prepare bi-quarterly Finance Forecast Reports for all expenses.
• Assist employee queries related to international relocations.
• 5+ years experience in a related field is required.

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in related field.
• Experience in a technology company or fast-paced global environment is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High levels of organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and enjoyment in a team environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office experience.
• Prior in-house Global Mobility experience is ideal.
• Global mindset with strong communication skills.
