Overview

FocusKPI is seeking an HR/People Operations Specialist to support global mobility initiatives for a high-tech SaaS company, ensuring effective communication and coordination regarding U.S. immigration and employee relocation.

In Short

• Serve as the main contact for global mobility Tier 1 matters.
• Coordinate with HR and cross-functional teams.
• Manage domestic mobility cases using ServiceNow.
• Work with external immigration counsel for compliance.
• Provide HR Operations and Compliance support.
• Focus on exceptional employee experience during the relocation process.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, and Greenhouse.
• Background in immigration/external vendor management.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Experience in immigration law is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• US immigration experience preferred.
